(Shell, General Physicians and University Pediatric Dentistry)
This project took place in several stages from 2019 through 2022. It is a multi-tenant 6 story building with subterranean parking. The shell work consisted of the installation of a 3000A and 1200A service, (2) 2000A distribution busses through all six floors, traditional distribution work, fire pump work, high end street lighting, fire alarm work and common area lighting and power. The tenant work included typical office lighting and power along with power distribution to the tenant spaces.
Not included in the above are also several other tenant spaces we have worked on in this building.
