This was a gut renovation of Baille Lumber’s 32,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Hamburg. Electrical work included replacement of existing distribution panelboards, addition of a secondary generator automatic transfer switch, installation of modern lighting fixtures and controls, electrical circuiting and connections for over a hundred cubicles and offices and the replacement of the existing traditional rooftop units with a new heat pump units and VRF system.
